I wish I could give them 10 starts! They made quick work of my engagement ring that was almost 3 sizes too big. They made it smaller (and it didnt cost an arm and a leg) and polished it up so nicely, I almost cried! I can proudly wear my ring without fear of it slipping off! My husband needed to have his wedding ring re-sized after he found it, especially since it's been laying out in the snow, rain and weather for months. He found Okes online and took it to them. Not only was the service quick, Okes resized and refinished the ring flawlessly. The ring not only needed re-sized but it had a lot of flaws, dings and scratches in it. Getting the ring back today, the ring looks brand new and if you didn't know it you'd never guess it had been re-sized. There aren't even any flaws in the millwork where it was resized.
